A RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT PROPOSAL FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
FOR THE DESIGN OF
PARKERS LAKE, PLYMOUTH CREEK AND WEST MEDICINE LAKE PARKS
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth intends to use the services of consulting
planners to perform professional services in the development of concept
plans for three City parks: Plymouth Creek, Parkers Lake and West
Medicine Lake Parks, and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission recommends the selection
of Brauer and Associates to provide the City with such services,
NOW, --THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Brauer and Associates be named park consultant
for the development of concept plans for Plymouth Creek, Parkers Lake
and West Medicine Lake Parks for a design fee not to exceed $13,250
and further, that the Finance Director is authorized to expend $13,250
from the Central Park -Park Dedication Account for this purpose.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mavor Davenport, Councilmembers Neils,
Srhneidgr and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the 'Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
