Ma or Davenport introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 790
RECEIVING REPORT FOR 18TH AVENUE - HWY. 55 TO WEST MEDICINE LAKE DRIVE
STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT 122
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Resolution 81-307 adopted May 18, 1981, a report for
the street and utility improvements for 18th Avenue - Hwy. 55 to West Medicine
Lake Drive has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc.;
and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the City Council on November 16, 1981;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the report is hereby received and placed on file.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the report is referred to the City Council Assess-
ment Committee.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly suconded by
CouncilmembCr Schneiderand upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted to favor thereo Mayor Davenport. Councilmgmbers Veils.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
