FERNBROOK LANE EXTENDED, NORTH OF COUNTY ROAD 9, NORTH HALF OF SECTION 10
(81056)
WHEREAS, Eugene Dabrowski requests approval of variances from the
Subdivision and Zoning Ordinances to construct a single-family dwelling
on an existing parcel of land which does not have the required frontage
on a public street; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
its denial;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does deny the request
of Eugene Dabrowski for approval of variances from the Subdivision and
Zoning Ordinances to construct a single-family dwelling on an existing
parcel located in the FRD (future restricted development) District east
of Fernbrook Lane extended, north of County Road 9, north half of Section
10 for the following reasons:
1. The criteria for variances have not been established to
permit development on the parcel without frontage on a
public street.

LA -3 (high medium density residential) guided parcel and
is premature with respect to availability of urban services.
