RESOLUTION NO. 81-783
APPROVING SITE PLAN FDF, '-ANGER CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR THE 1ST NATIONAL
BANK OF WAYZATA LOCATE! IN THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF VICKSBURG LANE AND
37TH AVENUE NORTH, LOT 2, BLOCK 1, "PLYMOUTH HILLS 3RD ADDITION" (81057)
WHEREAS, Langer Construction Company has requested approval for a site plan
for the 1st National Bank of Wayzata located on the northeast
corner of Vicksburg Lane and 37th Avenue North, Lot 2, Block 1, "Plymouth
Hills 3rd Addition"; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
its approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of
Langer Construction Company for a site plan for the 1st National Bank of
Wayzata located at the northeast corner of Vicksburg Lang and 37th Avenue North,
Lot 2, Block 1, "Plymouth Hills 3rd Addition" subject to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the Engineer's Memorandum.
2. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the
principal building and no outside storage is permitted.
3. Submission of required financial guarantee for completion
of site improvements termed for 24 -months.
4. The berming along Vicksburg Lane and landscaping shall be
completed as part of the initial development. Future
development of the site shall comply with the Landscape
Standards and Criteria with respect to sod and planting
requirements.
5. No building permits to be issued until the final plat has
been filed with Hennepin County.
6. Subsequent phases shall be subject to Ordinance plan review
and approval requirements.
