A RESOLUTION APPROVING POLICY RELATING TO
METERING OF PRIVATE WELL WATER
WHEREAS, the residential users served by municipal sanitary sewer, but not water,
are billed based upon the average winter sewer usage for; households in the
billing district; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to provide means by which residential sewer
usage may be billed based upon winter quarter water usage for the household;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, that it should and hereby does adopt a policy relating to metering
of private well water usage for public sanitary sewer billing purposes dated
November 2, 1981, and further directs the implementation of said policy
following its adoption.
