Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 771
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
PROJECT NO. 017
COMMUNITY PLAYFIELD IMPROVEMENTS
PARKING CONTRACT — PHASE III, SCHEDULE C
WHEREAS, ChangeOrderNo. 1 has been prepared providing the following:
1. Construct 54' x 10' concrete motorcycle parking pad
AND, WHEREAS, the Change Order No. l for Project 017, Parking Contract, Phase
III, Schedule C, is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 for Project 017, Parking Contract, Phase III,
Schedule C, by additing $1,620.00 is approved and that the original contract
price of $92,481.80 is revised to $94,101.80.
