Councilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 768
ORDERING PROJECT - STREET LIGHTING
INTERSECTION OF GARLAND AND FOUNTAIN LANES
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 81-705 of the City Council, adopted the 5th day of
October, 1981, fixed a date for a public hearing with respect to street lighting
improvements at the intersection of Garland and Fountain Lane; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the installation of ornamental residential'
street lights at the intersection of Garland and Fountain Lanes; and
WHEREAS, ten days published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications
of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon the 19th day
of October, 1981, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an
oppc.unity to be heard thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, 8E IT HLRE6Y RESOLVED 8Y THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
R2solucion adopted October 5, 1981.
2. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer^ for this
improvement. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by
Northern States Power Company.
