RESOLUTION NO. 81-766
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT AND PUBLISHING
REZONING ORDINANCE FOR LOWRY HILLS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR "DEERHAVEN."
RPUD 81-4 (81011)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plan, plat and Development
Contract for "Deerhaven" RPUD 81-4 as requested by Lowry Hills Construction
Company;
NOW, THEREFORE, ;BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following
to be met prior to recording of said plat and to publishing of the Rezoning
Ordinance:`
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as
approved by the City Engineer.
3. Submittal of easements and grading plans for approved trail
corridor, and of the deed for Outlot A per Item 13 of the
Development Contract.
4. The Ordinance rezoning this property shall be published
upon evidence that the final plat has been filed and
recorded with Hennepin County.
5. Street names and numbers shall comply with the City's street
naming system.
6. Homeowner Association documents and covenants shall be reviewed
and approved by the City Attorney,
7. Final plat shall be revised to designate Lots 24 - 27, Block 3,
and all of Block 4 as an outlot which may be final platted
when the sanitary sewer service is available.
