RESOLUTION NO. 81-765
APPROVING FINAL PLAN, PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR LOWRY HILLS
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR "DEERHAVEN", RPUD 81-4 (81011)
WHEREAS, Lowry Hills Construction Company has requested approval of the
final plan and plat for "Deerhaven" RPUD 81-4 located south of County Road
10 and between Deerwood Lane and Zachary Lane and a Development Contract
therefore; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
its approval; and,
WHEREAS, City Staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the
improvements related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request
M' of Lowry Hills Construction Company for final plat, plan approval for
"Deerhaven" RPUD 81-4 located south of County Road 10 and between Deerwood
Lane and Zachary Lane, and the Development Contract therefore;
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved and that
the Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract
on behalf of the City.
