Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
2ndday of November 19 81. The following members were

Co ilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 762
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF
THE DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT ON LOT 3, BLOCK 1, CIMARRON PONDS 2ND ADD".
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate a portion of the drainage and utility
easement on Lot 3, Block 1, Cimarron Ponds 2nd Addition; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was held on November 2,
1981 in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851, as amended; and
WHEREAS, a notice of ,publication was published and posted two weeks prior to
the meeting of No -ember 2, 1981; and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on November 2, 1981 to inform any
and all interested parties relevant to the vacation of a portion of the drainage
and utility easement on Lot 3, Block 1, Cimarron Ponds 2nd Addition; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that the easement is not needed
for drainage and utility purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA as follows:
1. That the following drainage and utility easement be vacated:
The East 20 feet of the West 51 feet of the North 4 feet of the
South 15 feet Lot 3, Block 1, Cimarron Ponds 2nd Addition.
