Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 757
REVISED 14 -VOTING -PRECINCT PLAN
WHEREAS, the City Council previously adopted a resolution establishing
new voting precincts to be effective January 1, 1982, and
WHEREAS, the boundary between precinct #1 and #2 was marked incorrectly
on the map as previously adopted, and
WHEREAS, for reasons of efficiency in•notifying the affected residents
it would be advantageous to renumber the newly established precincts
differently from that previously adopted,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that this Council hereby rescinds Resolution
No. 81-390 and adopts in its place a 14 -voting -precinct plan for the City
of Plymouth, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit A, effective January
1, 1982.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
