Colinrilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-752
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING FINAL PLAT FOR "PLYMOUTH HILLS
3RD ADDITION" (81032)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and development contract
for "Plymouth Hills 3rd Addition" for Plymouth Hills Company;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the following
conditions to be met prior to filing the final plat for "Plymouth Hills.
3rd Addition":
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved
by the City Engineer.
3. Final plat shall comply with applicable requirements of
Section 9 of the Zoning Ordinance regarding Planned Unit
Development.
