moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 31- 741
REIMBURSING DEVELOPER FOR WATERMAIN OVERSIZING
OAKDALE WEST ADDITION (79079)
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth and Don D. Myron and Norman P. Jarnes have entered
intoa development contract, dated March 3, 1981,for the development of Oakdale
West Addition; and
WHEREAS, as part of his development the developer was required to place a 16"
watermain in lieu of an 8" watermain in order to conform with the City of Plymouth
overall water distribution map; and
WHEREAS, it is the policy of the City of Plymouth to reimburse developers for the
difference between an 8" and a 12" main; and
WHEREAS, this amounts to $20,260.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the developer, Don D. Myron and Norman P. Jarnes, is to be reimbursed
in the amount of $20,260.00 for watermain oversizing equivalent to 1426 feet along
19th Avenue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the funds be allocated from the Utility Trunk Fund
