Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota waseTd —on

moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81 - 736
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 3
PROJECT NO. 017
COMMUNICTY PLAYFIELD IMPROVEMENTS
ELECTRICAL CONTRACT - SCHEDULE D-1
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 has been prepared providing the following:
1. Deduct for remedial grading on the Fernbrook site
AND, WHEREAS, the Change Order No. 3 -for Project 017, Electrical Contract, D-1,
is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 3 for Project 017, Electrical Contract D-1, by
deducting $600.00 is approved and that the existing contract price of $225,310.00
is revised to $224,710.00.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
f-ollowing voted n favor ereo Acting Mayor Neils, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Schneider andcThreinerr
