Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
13th day of October , 1981 . The following members
were present: Acting Mayor Nei sT-- Counci m'1 emirs Hoyt, Schneider and Threinen.
The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport
Acting Mayor Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 734
RECEIVING REPORT FOR ROCKFOPD SQUARE ADDITION
UTILITY AND STREET I41PROVFIENTS
PROJECT 132
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Resolution 81-582 adopted September 8, 1981, a report
for the utility and street improvements for the proposed Rockford Addition has
been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the City Council on October 19, 1981;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the report is hereby received and placed on file.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the report is referred to the Council Assessment
Committee.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor t ereo : Acting Mayor Neils, Councilmembers Hoyt.
Schneider and Threinen
The Uollowing voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
