Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, eso a was a on the
19th day of October 19 81 . The following members were

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 731
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE BOND FOR VOLP CONSTRUCTION COMPANY (A-708)
WHEREAS, the site plan for the Volp Construction Company building located at the
northwest corner of 21st Avenue North and Cheshire Lane was approved under City
Council Resolution No. 78-663; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required sits performance guarantee in the
form of a bond in the amount of $22,500; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer that the required site improvements had
been accomplished, City staff has inspected said site and recommends release of
the bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Site Per-
formance Bond No. 400 FF 9486 in the amount of $22,500 which was submitted to
guarantee site improvements for the Volp Construction Company building located
in the northwest corner of 21st Avenue North and Cheshire Lane.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
, and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
