Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular ■►eeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on We 19th day of

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION NO. 81- 730
APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR DANA CORPORATION FOR "SPICER ADDITION" LOCATED
SOUTHWEST OF VICKSBURG LANE AND HIGHWAY 55 (81054)
WHEREAS, Dana Corporation has requested approval of a preliminary plat for
a 40.85 acre site located southwest of Vicksburg Lane and Highway 55; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered the request following a duly
called Public Hearing and has recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve a preliminary
plat for the site located southwest of Vicksburg Lane and Highway 55 subject
to the following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. Removal of all dead or dying trees trom the property at the
owner's expense.
3. No building permits shall be issued until municipal sewer and
water are physically available to the site.
4. A thirty-foot wide easement shall be provided along the west
side of Vicksburg Lane, and Outlot A, a thirty foot wide
trail dedication shall be provided along the south side of
Medina Road,
5. An Environmental Assessment Worksheet shall be submitted prior
to submittal of the final plat.
6. Compliance with City Council Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding
minimum floor elevations for new structures in subdivisions or
on sites adjacent to, or containing any open storm water drainage
facility.

0 7. No building permits shall be issued until the final plat is
filed and recorded with Hennepin County.
8. That disposition of Outlot B shall be a matter to be determined
at the time of final plat approval.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Acting Mayor Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Neils, Councilmembers Hoyt,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
