Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _ regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
19th day of October Ig 81 , The following memhers were

The following members were absent: _Mayor Davenport
fnuirilmCmber Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its —adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 729
APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR DON MYRON FOR LARRY LARSON OF TWO
LOTS LOCATED SOUTHWEST OF COUNTY ROAD 24 AND 30TH AVENUE NORTH (81053)
WHEREAS, Don Myron has requested approval of a preliminary plat for Larry
Larson to redefine the common lot line for two existing lots located
southwest of County Road 24 and 30th Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commis -,ion has considered the request following a
duly called Public Hearing and has recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve a preliminary
plat for Larry Larson to redefine the common lot line for two existing lots
located southwest of County Road 24 and 30th Avenue North subject to the
following conditions:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. A name for the proposed plat shall be provided as part of
the final plat application.
The motion for the . adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by hreinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
