The following members were present:Actting Major Neils. The following members were absent: mayor Davenport Councilmember Thr:inen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81-722 DEFERRING ORDERING OF STREET LIGHT INTERSECTION OF GARLAND AND FOUNTAIN LANES WHEREAS, the City Council held a public improvement hearing on October 19, 1981 with regard to the installation of a street light at the intersection of Garland and Fountain Lanes; and WHEREAS, comments were received at the public hearing from property owners proposed to be assessed for the improvement with regard to the location of the street light; and WHEREAS, the public hearing was closed; NOW, THEREFOR`, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that action on ordering the street light improvement at the inter- section of Gar c.nJ and Fountain Lanes is deferred until the property owners have an opportunity to discuss and agree on a location for the street light.
