Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
. the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesotawa held on the

�quncilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 717
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PLACEMENT OF NO PARKING SIGNS ON VARIOUS STREETS
WHEREAS, substantial on street parking has been noted on the various streets; and
WHEREAS, such parking creates a public nuisance and potential traffic congestion;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does authorize the installation of "NO
PARKING" signs on both sides of the following streets:
I. 32nd Ave. from Vicksburg Lane to Ranchview Lane
2. Industrial Park Blvd. from Highway 55 to north end of street
3. West Medicine Lake Drive (Co. Rd. 154) from Highway 55 to Co. Rd. 9
4. 38th Ave. from Fernbrook Lane to west end of street
5. Forestview Lane from 18th Ave. south 330 feet.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor there -67: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
