HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1981-716Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Plymouth, 5th day of October were present: The following members were �*f a regul ar meeting of Minnesota was he on the 19 8f The following members ers Hoyt, l�ils, Schneider and Threinen enc: none rniinrilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81-716 APPROVING PEDDLERS, SOLICITORS, OR TRANSIENT MERCHANTS LICENSE WHEREAS, application for Peddlers, Solicitors, or Transient Merchants License has been received from David James Hofschult, 4840 Bedford Rd., Mound, Minnesota, for the sale of patio door storms, in accordance with Chapter III, Section 19, Plymouth Code; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the application of David James Hofschult for Peddlers, Solicitors or Transient Merchants License is aprroved for a period expiring December 31, 1981. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Ho t , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote n favorthereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils Schneider and Threinen The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
