Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was herd on the

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-713
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY REPORT ON
CONNECTION THROUGH DNR TRAIL HEAD AT VICKSBURG LANE WATERMAIN
PROJECT NO. 209
WHEREAS, it is proposed to provide a connection through DNR trail head Vicksburg
Lane by the installation of a watermain and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, property benefited by such projects will be assessed for all or a portion
of the cost of such improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111
(Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the proposed improvements be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderiik
& Associates for study and that the engineers be instructed to report to the City
Council with all convenient speed by advising the Council, in a preliminary way,
as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should be
best made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the
estimated cost of such an improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
