Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a �---r lar meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

RESOLUTION 81-712
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY REPORT ON
34TH AVENUE FROM FERNBROOK LANE TO XENIUM LANE
WATERMAIN
PROJECT NO. 208
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve 34th Avenue from Fernbrook Lane to Xenium
Lane by the installation of a wateriitain and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, property benefited by such projects will be assessed for all or a portion
of the cost of such improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111
(Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY CCUNCiL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the proposed improvements be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik
A Associates for study and that the engineers be instructed to report to the City
Council with all convenient speed by advising the Council, in a preliminary way,
as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should be
best made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the
estimated cost of such an improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Holt, and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
