CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a ragular meting of

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 711
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY REPORT ON
POND BC -P8 IN PLYMOUTH CREEK PARK
PROJECT NO. 207
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 76-734 the City ordered a report on proposed improve-
ment of Pond BC -P8 as contained in the Comprehensive Storm Drainage Plan; and
WHEREAS, before the project can be undertaken the report needs updating to
current conditions; and
WHEREAS, property benefited by such projects will be assessed for all or a portion
of the cost of such improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111
(Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the proposed improvements be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik
a Associates for study and that the engineers be instructed to report to the City
Council with all convenient speed by advising the Council, in a preliminary way,
as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should be
best made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the
estimated cost of such an improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ho t 19and upon vote being taken thereon, the
ftllowing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Neils,_ Schneider and Threinen
