the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-710
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY REPORT ON
SYCAMORE - ROSEWOOD - 15TH AVENUE
PROJECT NO. 814
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 77-646 the City ordered a report on proposed improve-
ment to Sycamore - Rosewood - 15th Avenue (Project No. 814); and
WHEREAS, the project was not undertaken and before the project can receive further
consideration the report needs to be updated to current conditions; and
WHEREAS, property benefited by such projects will be assessed for all or a portion
of the cost of such improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429,011 to 429.111
(Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the proposed improvements be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik
b Associates for study and that the engineers be instructed to report to the City
Council with all convenient speed by advising the Council, in a preliminary way,
as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should be
best made as proposed or in connection with some cther improvement, and the
estimated cost of such an improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember H211; 'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
Toillowing voted in favor ereo :Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
