Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M nneso a, was h-eTc3—on the

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
waved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 709
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY REPORT ON
NATHAN LANE FROM 45TH AVENUE TO HAMEL ROAD
PROJECT NO. 206
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Nathan Lane from 45th Avenue to Hamel Road
by the installation of street widening with concrete curb and gutter, bituminous
overlay to bring street to a 9 -ton standard, storm sewer and all necessary
ap)urtenances; and
WHEREAS, property benefited by such projects will be assessed for all or a portion
of the cost of such improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111
(Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the proposed improvements be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik
b Associates for study and that the engineers be instructed to report to the City
Council with all convenient speed by advising the Council, in a preliminary way,
as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should be
best made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the
estimated cost of such an improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ho t , and upci vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereW. Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against orabstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
