Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
5th day of October , 19 81. The following members were
present: Ma or Davenport, Councilmembers Ho t, Neils, Schneider and Threinen

introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-704
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING - MISSION HILLS PARK 8TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted September 21, 1981, a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement
of Mission Hills Park 8th Addition by the installation of ornamental residential
street lights and the report was received by the Council on October 5, 1981;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determires that said petition was signed by all
owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location
of the improvements.
2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolutions
adopted September 21, 1981. The petitioners have waived their right to a
public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for those improve-
ments. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern
States Power Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CguncilmeMbgr Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed ana adopted.
