HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1981-703CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 5th day of Oct^ber , 1981 . The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hot Neils Schneider and Threinen . The following members were absent: none Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and movea its adoption: RESOLUTIO NO. 81- 7J3 RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT STREET LIGHTING - ZACHARY HILLS 2ND ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted September 8, 1981, a report has leen prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Zachary iiiis 2nd Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street lights and the report was received by the Council on October 5, 1981; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of the improvements. 2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolutions adopted September 8, 1981. The petitioners have waived their right to a public hearing. 3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for those improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power Company. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Schneider and Threinen The following voted against orabstained: Councilmember Neils Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
