Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regula meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota wad on the
5th day of October , 19_U. The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hot Neils Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: Done
Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-702
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
PROJECT NO. 017
COMMUNITY PLAYFIELD IMPROVEMENTS, PHASE II
ELECTRICAL CONTRACT - SCHEDULE "D"
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing the following:
1. 110 volt electric service line for temporary shelter building
AND, WHEREAS, the Change Order No. 1 for Project 017, Phase II, Electrical
Contract, D, is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that Change Order No. 1 for Project 017, Phase 1I, Electrical Contract
D, by adding $550.00 is approved and that the original contract price of $57,614.00
is revised to $58,165.00.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vo e n ravor thereof': _ Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Neils Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against ora stained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
