The following members ers Hoyt, Neils, Schneider and Threinen introduced the following Resolution and moveT its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81-701 AMENDING ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT BONESTR00, ROSENE, ANDERLIK & ASSOCIATES, INC. WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth on September 3, 1973 by Resolution No. 73-359 entered into an Engineering Services Agreement with Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc.; and WHEREAS, the Engineer has requested that Schedule B establishing hourly rates for professional services be revised; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Engineering Services Agreement entered into between the City of Plymouth and Bonestroo, Rosene, App•-rlik & Associates, Inc. September 4, 1973 be the same as hereby amended to incorporate the new Schedule B, 1982 Rate Schedule as follows: CLASSIFICATION HOURLY RATE Principal Engineer $40.00 Registered Engineer 36.00 Assistant Engineer & Field Supervisor 29.50 Senior Technician 24.00 Junior Technician 18.00 Word Processor 18.50 Clerical 13.50 REIMBURSEABLE EXPENSES Reproduction, Printing, Duplicating At Invoice Cost Out -of -Pocket expenses such as meals, lodging, stakes, telephone calls, etc. At Actual Cost Mileage $0.20/mile FURTHER, said new schedule to be effective January 1, 1982. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken therein, the following voted in favor t ereof: Ma or Daven rt CounciImembers Hot Neils,Schneider & The following voted against or abstained: none .Threinen Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passe an a opte .
