HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1981-699'r Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 5th day of October _, 1981 The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, ounce mem ers HoytNeils, Schneider and Threinen The following rs were absent: none Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its a option: RESOLUTION NO. 81-699 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF A PORTION OF THE UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENT OF LOT 3, BLOCK 1, CIMARRON PONDS 2ND ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Robert and Dorothy Atkinson have petitioned the City Council for a vacation of the following utility and drai,iage easement: The East 20 feet of the West 51 feet of the North 4 feet of the South 15 feet of Lot 3, 3lock 1, Cimarron Ponds 2nd Addition. AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same tr be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should, and hereby does, establish the day of November 2, 1981 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boule- vard as the time and place for the public hearing on said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
