The following members were present: The following members were absent: n�np Councilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81-697 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF A PORTION OF STREET EASEMENT WEST OF FERNBROOK LANE AND SOUTH OF 27TH AVENUE WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Magney Construction Company has petitioned the City Council for a vacation of the followina street: That part of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 21, Township 118 North, Range 22 West, Hennepin County, Minnesota, described as follows: Com- menting at a point on the west line of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 21, Township 118 North, Range 22 west, distant 40 rods South of the Northwest corner thereof; thence East parallel with the North line of said Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 to the East line thereof; thence South along said East line 256.75 feet to the point of beginning of the property to be described; thence W6st parallel with said Nortn line 296.5 feet; tnencs deflecting right 10 a distance of 110 feet; thence deflecting left 90 a distance of 60 feet; the8ce deflecting left 90 a distance of 50 feet; trrve deflecting right 90 a distance of 60 feet; tgence deflecting left 90 a distance of 60 feet; thencS deflecting left 90 a distance of 60 feet; thence deflecting right 90 a disatnce of 5.25 feet; thence East pa- rallel with said Nortn line to the East line of said Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4; thence North along said East line to the point of beginning. AND. WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should, and hereby does, establish the day of November 2, 1931 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Blvd., as the time and place for the public hearing on said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
