Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was h—e the
5th day of October , 1981 . The following members were
present: Myar Davenport, Councilmembers Hovt, Neils, Schneider and 7hreinen .
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the fol owing Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-695
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 4 AND FINAL
PINETREE MIDDLE POND DREDGING
PROJECT NO. 113
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and Contracting Services, Inc as con-
tractor have entered into an agreement for the Pinetree Middle Pond Dredging,
said agreement being dated March 3, 1981; and
WHEREAS, the engineer has certified his acceptance of the work and his approval
of the final request for payment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. That the original contract amount was $19,533.00, no changes orders were
approved, and the value of the work to date is $17,234.12.
2. That the work performed by the contractor for Project NO. 113 and certified
to the Council by the engineer as acceptable be and the same is hereby
released from the contract except as to the conditions of the performance
bond, any and all legal rights of the owner, required guarantees and cor-
rections of faulty work after payment.
3. Request for Payment No. 4 and Final in the amount of $1193.21 to Contracting
Services, Inc. for Project 113 is hereby approved and the city finance director
is hereby authorized and directed to pay the same forthwith.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Coun 1hrQinen and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
