moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 690
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY REPORT
WESTRIDGE 5TH ADDITION
STREET AND UTILITIES
PROJECT NO. 203
WHEREAS, the developer of Westright 5th Addition has petitioned the city to install
the public improvements for Westridge 5th Addition; and
WHEREAS, property benefited by such projects will be assessed for all or a portion
of the cost of such improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to
429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the proposed improvements be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene,
Anderlik & Associates for study and that the engineers be instructed to report to
the City Council with all convenient speed by advising the Council, in a prelimi-
nary way,as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it
should be best made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and
the estimated cost of such an improvement as recommended.
FURTHER, that before the report is undertaken, the developer shall submit a
standard city petition to the city agreeing to payment for the cost of the pre-
liminary engineering report in the event the project is not ordered.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt,
Neils Schneider and Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
