Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
5th day of October , 19 81. The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt. Neils. Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
Fo-ved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-688
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY REPORT
BROCKPAHLER ADDITION
STREET AND UTILITIES
PROJECT NO. 201
WHEREAS, the developer of Brockpahler Addition has petitioned the city to
install 7 -ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, drainage facili-
ties, sanitary sewer, watermain and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, property benefited by such projects will be assessed for all or a
portion of the cost of such improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011
to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF 1HE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the proposed improvements be referred to Bonestroo, Rosene, Ander-
like & Associates for study and that the engineers be instructed to report to
the City Council with all convenient speed by advising the Council, in a prelimi-
nary way, as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether
it whould be best made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement,
and the estimated cost of such an improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
' Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereoM Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hot,
Neils Schneider and Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
