CglinriliMmber Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-687
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE BOND FOR MINNESOTA TORO, INC. !79047)
WHEREAS, a site plan for Minnesota Toro, Inc. was approved for a development
at 14900 -21st Avenue North under City Council Resolution �o. 79-865; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted a bond as a site perfo ronce guarantee in
the amount of $105,000; and,
WHEREAS, upon request of the developer City staff has inspected said site and
has recommended reduction of the bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the reduction of the Site
Performance Bond #MNR899807 in the amount of $105,000 which was submitted to
guarantee site improvements for the Minnesota Toro, Inc. at 14900 -21st Avenue
North to $10,000.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
