Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved is adoption:

RESOLUTION NO. 81-686
SETTING CONDITIONS TO AND TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING LOT DIVISIO'V FOR
MARGUERITE SCHIEBE (81052)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved division of an unplatted :-,F'!,Cel
into two new parcels for Marguerite Schiebe 17015-A County Road 1�;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does establish the following
conditions relating to and to be met prior to filing the Lot Division
for Marguerite Schiebe:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
3. No building permit to be issued until the lot division is
filed with Hennepin County.
4. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing lot
division with Hennepin County.
5. Appropriate permits for relocation of the existing structures
shall be obtained.
6. An easement agreement for the shared driveway shall be reviewed
and approved by the City Attorney prior to filing of the lot
division.
7. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of land dedication be
required prior to the issuance of a building permit on new
parcels and to be paid by owner or builder of the new lot.
