Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a&option:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-685
APPROVING SUBDIVISION CODE VARIANCE FOR LOT DIVISION OF UNPLATTED PROPERTY
FOR MARGUERITE SCHIEBE (81052)
WHEREAS, Marguerite Schiebe of 10715-A County Road 15 has requested a
lot division of unplatted property within the City of Plymouth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does approve the following
lot division and that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary
special assessment corrections based upon City policy when the lot division
is approved by Hennepin County:
PIN 34-118-22-43-0027
To be divided into two new parcels as follows:
Parcel A That part of Lot 15 lying South of aline drawn from a
point on the Easterly line of said Lot 15, distant 215.00 feet
South from the Northeast corner thereof to a point on the Westerly
line of said Lot 15 distant 220.00 feet along said Westerly line
from the Northwest corner of said Lot 15 and lying East of a line
parallel to and 80.00 feet West of the Easterly line of said Lot 15,
GREER'S ORCHARD TRACTS, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Parcel B. That part of Lot 15 lying South of a line drawn from a
point on the Easterly line of said Lot 15, distant 215.00 feet
South from the Northeast Corner hereof to a point on the Westerly
line of said Lot 15 distant 220.00 feet along said Westerly line
from the Northwest Corner of said Lot 15 and lying East of a line
parallel to and 160.00 feet West of the Easterly line of said Lot 15
and lying West of a line parallel to and 80.00 feet West of the
Easterly line of said Lot 15, GREER'S ORCHARD TRACTS, Hennepin
County, Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by'
Gouncilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,
