Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, lnnesota was FeTT on the
5th day of October '19 81 . The following members were
present- p nort.Councilmembers Hoyf,Xeils, Schneider and Threinen.
The follow merDers were absent: none
Cnunrilm ober Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
I RESOLUTION NO. 81-681
APPROVING CONDIhONAL USE PERMIT FOR OUTSIDE STORAGE FOR HONEYWELL, INC.
(A-151)
WHEREAS, Honeywell, Inc. has requested approval of a Conditional Use Permit
for outside storage including relocation of existing storage tanks at their
facility at 12001 Highway 55; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviowed the request at a duly called
Public Hearing and 1,as recommended approva'];
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNi:SOTA, that it shcvld and hereby does approve the Conditional
Use Permi t for, 5utsi OL -,storage ,iir. Honeywel l Inc. , at 12001 State Highway 55
subject to the�,following conditions:

1. The site shall; be maiyJ�tained in a sanitary manner.
2. The permit is issued"to the petitioner as operator of the facility
and shall not be transferable.
3. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations, and
ordinances; and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
4. All stoir?ge shall be within the designated areas.
5. The completion of the approved site improvements shall be
deemed part of the submitted site improvement financial guarantee.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
