The following members were present: The following members were Absent: nnna rQtjqrilmeWhPr- Neil introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81-675 DEFERRED ASSESSMENTS - PROJECT NO. 005 WHEREAS, the following described parcel of homesteaded land shall be deferred, for street, curb and gutter, sanitary sewer, storm sewer and services for six (6) units at the established rate; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the following parcel shall be deferred for a period not to exceed five (5) years, provided however, that if the property is sold, not used by the owner for his homestead, further subdivided during that five year period, the deferred assessment shall be come payable in full. 14-118-27-22-0001 Street, curb and gutter 6 units @ 3,734.07/unit = $22,404.42 Sanitary sewer 6 units @ 1,212.65/unit = 7,275.90 Storm sewer 6 units @ 1,441.75/unit = 8,650.50 Services 6 units @ 701.11/unit = 4,206.66 $42,537.48 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hoyt , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor there -o : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils, Schneider and Threinen The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
