CITY OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, wasWe-TUon the
5th day of October 19 81 . The following members

o n ilmember Scbneider introduced the following Resolution: and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-673
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF
A PORTION OF THE WALKWAY EASEMENT IN CRITERION M.P.U.D.
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate a portion of the walkway easement
in Criterion M.P.U.D.; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was held on October 5,
1981 in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851, as amended; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two
weeks prior to the meeting of October 5, 1981; and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on October 5, 1981 to inform
any and all interested parties relevant to the vacation of a portion of the
walkway easement in Criterion M.P.U.D.; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that a certain portion of the
walkway easement is not needed for a public walkway;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, as follows:
1. That the following portion of the walkway easement be vacated
as public walkway:
The Westerly 25 feet of the 100 foot easement for walkway purposes
across the Easterly 100 feet of Outlot G, Criterion M.P.U.D.,
Plymouth; as measured at a right angle to and parallel with the
Easterly line of said Outlot G.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
■ Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Hoyt, Neils,Schneider &
The following voted against or abstained: none •Threinen
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
