Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a s ecial meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, M nnesota, was held on the
28th day of September lg 81 The following members
were present:Acting Mayor Neils, Councimem ers Hovt, Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent. Mayor Davenport

Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-668
APPROVING PEDDLERS, SOLICITORS OR TRANSIENT MERCHANTS LICENSE
WHEREAS, application for Peddlers, Solicitors or Transient Merchants
License has been received from Arnold Larry Klar, 16020 Potassium St.
Anoka, MN, for the door-to-door sale of firewood, in accordance with
Chapter III, Section 19, Plymouth Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the application of Arnold Larry Klar for
Peddlers, Salicitors or Transient Merchants License is approved for a
period expiring December 31, 1981.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor ereo :Acting Mayor Neils. Councilmembers Hoyt,
Schpqiaar and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
