Schneider and Thrpinpn titre IF�t ttt Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved Its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81-667 SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING OF FINAL PLAT FOR "MISSION HILLS PARK 8TH ADDITION" FOR MINNESOTA HOMES (80027) RPUD 81-3 WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the final plat and Development Contract for "Mission Hills Park 8th Addition" as requested by Minnesota Homes. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to recording of said plat: 1. Compliance with Engineer's Memorandum. 2. The rezoning shall be finalized with filing of the final plat. 3. Dedication of Outlot A for trail purposes and payment of fees -in -lieu of dedication prior to filing final plat per City Council Dedication Policy in effect at the time of filing the final plat. 4. A 15 -foot wide easement shall be provided along the north boundaries of Lots 13, 14, and 15, Block 1, Mission Hills Park 4th Addition for trail purposes. 5. Compliance with RPUD requirements in Section 9 of the Zoning Ordinance for final plat approval. 6. Submittal of all required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City Engineer. 7. No building permits to be issued until the final plat is filed and recorded with Hennepin County. 8. Street names shall comply with the street naming policy.
