Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a spgcial meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, inneso a was a on the
28th day of 5ept_e_mber . 19 81 . The following memhers were

The follow ng members were absent: _Mayor Davenport
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its a option:
RESOLUTION NO. 81- 666
APPROVING RPUD FINAL PLAT/PLAN AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR "MISSION HILLS
PARK 81H ADDITION" RPUD 81-3 (80027)
WHEREAS, Minnesota Homes has requested approval of the final RPUD Plat/Plan
for "Mission Hills Park 8th Addition", a plat for 33 lots located generally
south of County Road 9 and 300 feet west of Zachary Lane, and a Development
Contract therefor; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
its approval; and,
WHEREAS, City Staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improve-
ments related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of
Minnesota Homes for final RPUD Plat/Plan approval of "Mission Hills Park
8th Addition" (RPUD 81-3), a plat for 33 lots located generally south of
County Road 9 and 300 feet west of Zachary Lane;
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved and that
the Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract
on behalf of the City.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
' Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
