rquCcilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
MOM Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-664
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE BOND FOR VOLP CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
FOR HOLSUM BAKERY (79076)
WHEREAS, the site plan for Volp Construction for Holsum Bakery was approved
for a development at the northeast corner of Ranchview Lane and 31st Avenue
North under City Council Resolution No. 79-780; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted a bond as a site performance guarantee in
the amount of $90,000; and,
WHEREAS, upon recuest of the developer City staff has inspected said site and
recommends reduction of the bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, 8E IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYFfOUTH, MINNESOTA that it should and hereby does authorize the reduction of
the site performance bond no. 40OFT3123 in the amount of $90,000 which was
submitted to guarantee site improvements for the Volp Construction Company
for Holsum Bakery at the northeast corner of Ran0view Lane and 31st Avenue
North to $10,000.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
ncilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken then n, the
