Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
28th day of September , 1921_. The following members were
present: A�ting Mayor Neils, CouncilmeZers Hoyt. Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: Mayor Davenport
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-662
ABATING OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to the adoption of Resolution No. 80-582A, special assessments
were levied by the City Council for Project No. 829, Ridgecrest Area, storm water,
watermain lateral, water area, street, curb and gutter; and
WHEREAS, due to misinterpretation of a property identification number, an assess-
ment was incorrectly placed against the wrong parcel;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA that the assessments levied against 24-118-22-14-0001 in the amount of
$18,264.60 be abated.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor thereof: Minn Mayor Neils. Councilmembers Hoyt.
The following voted against or abstained: none
