Minnesota was heTd on the 21st day of September , 19_&. The following members were present: Acting Ma or eils Councilmembers Hot Schneider and Threinen The follow ng members were absent:, Davenport rrr* Councilmember Ho t introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 81-656 APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING WORK DONE BY DAY LABOR DUNKIRK LANE STREET IMPROVEMENT - PROJECT 003 WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on August 10, 1981, the City Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the improvement of Dunkirk Lane between 2200 feet south of County Road 47 and a point 610 feet north of the Soo Line Railroad by the construction of a two lane rural roadway and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof are hereby approved. 2. The City Engineer shall proceed under the direction of the Council, as given from time to time, to carry on all work in connection with such improvement in accordance with the plans and specfications herein approved. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Acting Mayor Neils, Councilmembers Hoyt. Schneider and Threinen The following voted against or abstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
