RESOLUTION NO. 81-655
DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION
AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
STREET LIGHTING - MISSION HILLS PARK 8TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition has been received from Mission Hills Eighth Partnership
requesting installation of ornamental residential street lighting in the Mission
Hills Park 8th Addition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
A certain petition requesting the improvement of Mission Hills Park 8th
Addition by the installation of residential ornamental street lighting, filed
with the City Council on September 21, 1981, is hereby declared to be signed
by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This
declaration is made in conformance to Minnesota Statutes Section 420.035.
2. The petition is sinned by 100% of the affected property owners and they
have waived their rights to public improvement and special assessment
hearings.
3. The petition is hereby referred to the City Engineer and he is instructed to
report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a
preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to
whether it should best be made as proposed or in conjunction with some other
improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Th i n , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor ereo : Councilmembers Hoyt, �Srhn ider and Thr inan

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
