Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
day of SeRtember , 1981 . The following members were
present- Ynr Neils. CeunciImembers Wyt, Schneider and Threinen

introduced the following Resolution and
moved is adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 81-654
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT RENEWAL FOR JOHN F. DUGGAN FOR "BIG RED Q QUICK
PRINT CENTER" AT 1862 BERKSHIRE LANE NORTH (A-773)
WHEREAS, John F. Duggan has requested a conditional use permit renewal for a
printing service known as "Big Red Q Quick Print Center" in the I-1 District
at 1862 Berkshire Lane North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a regularly
scheduled meeting and has recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the conditional
use permit renewal for John F. Duggan for the "Big Red Q Quick Print Center"
printing service at 1862 Berkshire Lane North subject to the following
conditions:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable Ordinances, Codes, and
regulations and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. No outside storage of materials, trash or disposal facilities.
3. No signs permitted without sign plan approval in accordance with
Ordinance and Plan Criteria for this building.
4. Expansion of the use beyond this space shall be subject to Ordinance
Plan Review procedures as an amendment to the permit.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
