Pursuant to due callnd notice thereof, a nail
meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minneso a was held on he
21st day of September 1981 The following members were
present: Hoyt. Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: Mayer navenoort
Councilmember Hoyt introduced the following Resolution and
Moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION #81-651
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR VANTAGE COMPANY FOR
WESTPOINT BUSINESS CENTER (A-773)
WHEREAS, the site plan submitted by Vantage Company for the Westpoint Business
Center located south of Industrial Park Boulevard between Annapolis and Berk-
shire Lanes was approved under City Council resolution #77-701; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required site performance guarantee in
the form of a bond in the amount of $142,325; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council by resolution #81-93 approved reduction of site
performance guarantee to the amount of $37,500 to reflect the completed work;
and,
WHEREAS, upon the request of the developer for site inspection and release or
reduction of the financial guarantee, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends release of the bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the site
performance guarantee, bond #546568 1n the amount of $142,325 which was submitted
to guarantee site improvements installed by Vantage Company at the Westpoint
Business Center located south of Industrial Park Boulevard between Annapolis and
Berkshire Lanes.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vo n avorof ereof: Actlna Mavor Neils. Councilmembers Hovt.
